thetravdog Tal just a very simple 1:2, 18g in 36g out in 30 secs on my Bambino Plus, not tried it on filter
mathof2 My god-daughter’s son is doing some gap-year English teaching in a village near Lempira, Honduras, that grows coffee. So I decided to order some of the local stuff. As filter, it’s juicy and tastes of ripe berries.
MacPhisto Wood pieces came today. Dave from home-barista did these out of a single block of cocobolo.
MacPhisto I saw your order and had to get something different than you! I was really considering the desert ironwood, but it got pricey really fast. I hope I don’t need a replacement or any other pieces because I’ll never be able to match.
whinmoor85 Cuprajake Have you tried the Ethiopia yet? I’m brewing it as a pour over and I can’t taste lemon, orange zest, or raspberry yet.
Inspector Tal just an update on this, I think they are all right. Brazil Mio lot suits for filter coffee tho rather than espresso.
ManicAsif Only problem is, I won’t get to find out for a couple of days, as away on a business trip :(
