Just got back from Jeremy Clarkson’ pub The Farmers Dog, where there in the grounds is the massive Grand Tour Tent, which ha been converted into a place where there is a bar, and areas to buy much of the same stuff from his Diddly Squat farm shop, beer, merch and a butcher’s counter.
I bought two thick rib eye steaks and a piece of fillet for a Beef Wellington I am going to attempt.
So, they will be the first use of the wireless meat thermometers above and hopefully, will mean I don’t over cook them. Because, at the price that meat was, it would be a chuffin crime!
