Not quite the postman, but I ran into this so I bought it. Not into the Dubai Chocolate ( I heard it’s a thing) but it smells divine. I can’t wait to try it in the morning

dfk41 be interesting to see what you think. I find the shots taste better “over extracted” with slightly more flavour but less harshness than with the narrower puck.

Lovely bit of BBQ kit there. It’s a jack of all trades, been on my radar for a while but not commited yet. Mainly as I’ve got a Weber 57cm kettle and the 57cm Weber smokey mountain.

Which covers both grilling and smoking. But when the kettle needs replacing or upgrading I’ll likely go in that direction. Or a Weber summit!

Yeah we’ve got a little Weber Smokey Joe which is ideal as there’s only two of us but there’s very little flexibility in heat control and distribution.

Excited to get into longer cooks and being able to use the deflector plates for easier indirect cooking will be good.

It’s all going to be quite new to me. Planning to pair it with the Roccbox we have so maybe do some Turkish/Middle-Eastern flatbreads in the Roccbox and some nice slow smoked stuff in the Kamado.

Also got one of those really heavy duty searing grills to get some nice char.
