MediumRoastSteam Cuprajake Couldn’t resist How’s the scale treating you Jake? I’m so tempted! I know Dave had one for ages, but as a someone who just had this new and coming from a different scale, what’s your take on it?
audiomacgyver Most of a pour over setup for work. V60 and whatnot coming in a different shipment. Went for the SSP burrs on the Ode to give that a try.
Kimmo So, I didn’t like the flavour of the coffee when I was using the BWT magnesium filter. Ended up mixing 50/50 tap water to get some balance in the cup. Ordered the Brita instead and digging the results in the cup.
Cuprajake If your stock seal still locks good I would change it. So far bar the seal that came with the machine, the oe replacement and the silicon ones don’t lock a true 6 o’clock. I know that’s just me wanting it perfect but still meh haha

Cuprajake Erm god’s honest truth I prefer the yuaga scale. Seems to read quicker and is easier to use as in there real buttons to press. Not to say it’s a bad scale I just prefer the ones I have.
