delta76 - to be clear, I’m not saying kaffeemacher is not being thorough. I’m saying that there are so many combinations and scenarios that sometimes it’s easy for the spectators, or the prospective buyers, to jump into conclusions by not validating real use case scenarios or scenarios they really care about.
For instance, for me, warm up time is important. I don’t have a dead set routine, nor I want to leave the machine on all day for the sake of maybe one, or two coffees, or three, daily, spaced through the day. So when I fancy a coffee, I turn my machine on and do something else. 20 minutes later I have a coffee and the machine is off.
So the Bianca all of a sudden seems like a great option, as I do indeed brew mainly at 93 or 94C anyway. But it would be a big disappointment for me if I decide to brew at 96C and then the machine takes 30 minutes to warm up.
But that data is not available, and, as consumers, all we have to go by is someone conveying information to us and trusting whatever they say is true.
I had used and had coffee from a Bianca before, and it’s fantastic, that’s for sure.
