Howdy howdy, I expect I’ll absorb a lot more than I’ll (substantively) contribute but stranger things have happened. While I enjoy light to med-light roasts most, I’m still more than happy sipping on medium to dark, washed and super clean, natural and funky, bright and fruity, etc. You name it.
As for tools, Strietman CT2 and Cafelat Robot fill espresso duties, Switch and V60 for immersion/PO, and Lagom P100 and Niche Zero for cutting the beans.
