yeah so theres a few options,
theres a setting in the control to set an on and off time of the pump, you would leave the valve open fully, this time is fully changable,
after that, use it at 9 bar, or use the paddle to alter flow,
you can get quite repeatable once you know what your doing, esp if you keep the same bean etc
