Actually it was totally inappropriate for me to even post what I had heard from a source that I didn’t firmly confirm or verify. My apologies. It’s actually one of the aspects of social media that I don’t like.
I too have had absolutely excellent dealings with John and his Team. He goes out of the way to help people and provide great service. I cannot say the same about most manufacturers. Moreover his approach to offering: a) constantly available upgrades, so that your machine is always up to date, and b) a forever extendable warranty, for a reasonable price, so you can be forever protected, and c) fantastic support (issues always addressed in a day or two) and d) continually innovating and improving his product … is above and beyond what I have seen for just about any product.
