Thanks for the help this far!
I only get a little bit of time to experiment late at night
I removed top, side, and back covers as well as the bottom access cover. Battery in multi meter is dead and batteries are in the office / babies room so will have to wait until tomorrow to check pump supply and control voltages
I get the same result regardless of the position of the green switch (plumbed / tanked operation). There is no change in result if I change the position of the group lever. Same result as in, I still get the error. I’ll upload a video with the switch on both positions in case it helps your failure analysis. Likely tomorrow
The water was moving around in the last video as I had just placed the tank back into place after inspecting the position of the fill tubes. There have been other attempts when the water is still.
I have the water sensor that has the float inside the tank. I can get it to flag a low water warning if I place it down prior to powering on the machine if I let go and let it return to rest, the low water flag goes away
Tomorrow I’ll put my multimeter on the 5v control line and grab a video. I’ll also grab a video with the water supply switch in both positions and pulling up the group lever in case there is something to be learned I think I might hear the pump turn on but very very weak. I’m curious if I will see a rise in control voltage when I hear that sound.
I’ll try to get to more tonight, but might be busy with work.
Is the fill error calling out a boiler fill issue or tank fill issue?
Thanks!
