I didn’t realise I had ordered the green stripe V60 02 from Hario. That’s why I have been seeing a faster brew time of 3:08-3:10 mins vs the average brew time of 3:36 mins for the 12% recently.
Very nice coffee, though. Cherry / red fruit acidity, Cinnamon flavour and sweet taste at the back end and rum as a top flavour with its’ classic slight tart edge finish. I score this 8/9.
I don’t have the pink/black filter to do a back to back taste comparison. But, I really enjoyed drinking this coffee. As an espresso, the rum flavour is very strong.
