Pompeyexile Filo pastry quiche. Just threw in what I had in the fridge…onion, smoked pancetta, mushroom and yellow pepper. Egg, milk and parmesan filling topped with sliced mini plum toms and feta cheese. Lovely with chips!
Pompeyexile Elcarajillo Looks delicious but my cholesterol just went into the red section🤫 I’m on tablets for that 😉 but that’s also why I went the filo pastry route.

Hotmetal Burgers, sausages and chicken drumsticks on the barbie yesterday. Was a little more creative with the salad to keep the Hotmetalette happy. That was effort enough on a hot Sunday. Not Masterchef this weekend although I have my moments.
