-Mac Purely from an electrical standard point of view, the only thing that changes is the plug (there is no “240V version”, as the UK domestic voltage spec has not diverged from the common EU spec of 230V ±10%).
It’s a bit of a regulatory fudge, but it works (see https://news.bellabarista.co.uk/dwkb/ukeu-mains-voltage-harmonisation/ for an explanation of what was done; the post is old, but nothing has changed so far) - the only practical difference is that the machine will take slightly longer (seconds) to warm up in Spain than in the UK.
If the move is permanent/long term, I would not use an adaptor, but change the plug or the cable. If you are planning to move back-and-forth between two countries with different plug standards and you haven’t ordered the machine yet, it is possible that ACS can fit an IEC-C16 or C22 socket on the machine, so you can easily remove a cable and plug back in to a suitably terminated one.
