DavecUK Hi Dave, no I didn’t order the other wand. The standard wand is 9-10cm long….fits fine if I point it straight down into jug but I usually try steam at an angle to swirl the milk, wand resting on jug’s pour/spout, tip on 1 side angled and I don’t steam a ton of milk, just enough for myself with no wastage…..all that adds up to short wand.
Still can’t get a creamy texture, tons of bubbles but I think that due to wand length.
Waiting for my smaller 300ml jug…should be good then
