DavecUK Cuprajake With the vent function have they made a lock for the lever handle? No, when it vents, it doesn’t move fast or with much force. There are other issues (which exist as a result of this type of venting) which I’d like to see improved, Paolo and I have some thoughts.

DavecUK CoyoteOldMan Pretty much correct yes. There’s multiple electronic pressure sensors to manage preinfusion pressure and the rest of the magic.

DavecUK They are also looking at what can be retrofitted to existing evos. Rotary pump Variable preinfusion via touchscreen External box for automated operation and shot timers preinfusion/brew time etc. So previous purchasers have not been forgotten.

Amberale tompoland I have said it before but what a wonderful time to be a coffee aficionado. The variety and quality of machines being produced is mind numbing. Sort of like motorbikes in the eighties.
