dfk41 That means the large one is being opened once a week so allowed to do its job
Thatâs what I did: In fact, I kept 500g in there, and opened it 2 weeks later. They were not stale, but they lost their appeal in comparison to keep in vacuum sealed bags.
dfk41 I store the beans that I use daily in a tin with a clip on which gets recharged every 3 days or so
I stored them in individual containers, 18.5g each.
dfk41 If you open then Airscape you are storing your beans in every time you want a shot, and exposing the whole lot to air,
I know how the Airscape works and the principles of oxidisation.
dfk41 When you vacuum beans and open the bag, then the whole lot is exposed so where do you then store them as you use them
I store them in smaller quantities, worth for 5 days (approx. 185g) each.
PS: I just typed âAirscapeâ in the searchâŚ
