MacPhisto my order is being processed. Have asked for RAL 7016 panels and tray, with walnut side-panels. Once I get the machine, I’ll roast up some coffee and see what I can do with med-darks. If it works well with a given profile on the med-darks roast, I’ll share the profile and if you’re based in the UK, I can possibly ship you a batch of beans to try (not selling, just to see how you get on with them). The 14% WL roast I do with Kenyan Yirgacheffe suits 80mm Ditting LS quite well, so you’ll want something similar to that in terms of grind distribution.
