I don’t know why you are being coy about how he dials in if you are well versed, how does it compare to parameters published by maybe Illy or INEI?
Not denying his influence in his local region, just asking what makes him ‘traditional’ specifically? (***wave espresso falls largely in accepted technical parameters).
