delta76 in terms of adjusting the steam pressure, it should all be in the quick start guide. As a starter for ten however, go into the āMACHINEā section of the settings menu, and then click āCALIBRATEā.
You can then adjust the temperature of the steam as well as the flow rate. I have mine set to 170āC and 0.8ml/s, try that to begin with and see how you go. You can always adjust the flow rate up or down from there as needed, but I would keep the temperature the same.
