Our the morning coffee is always one large brew for two of us on week days. The Switch 03 is pretty handy.
Opened the Cartwheel Myanmar The Lady, CM Natural, Red Catual, filter coffee. Brewed 30g, 450g water, 3 pulses of 150g each lasting 30s, stirred at 2:00 and 4:00 and drained at 5:00. It was as usual at 12% 400 Kruve. I haven’t had time to sift it yet.
It is a decent coffee, but didn’t stand out like their Thailand. It had a soft fruity acidity and taste as in stone fruit and sweet grape fruit (they had Pomelo on the bag) with a slight dry edge at the finish and a sugar after taste. I did not get any other notes (pineapple and honey) described on the bag. I was a little disappointed brewing, tbh. It was a pretty weak brew, IMO. I would score this 7/9. I think, I will try brewing a hybrid V60 at 75g/L and see.
@MWJB How do you brew a large batch like this brew please? Thx
