Greetings all, I’ve been using the a switch recipe that I posted previously but for my blind split tests I’ve struck a snag.
The short version is that because I want to blind taste compare the brew from two filter burrs at the same temperature immediately post pour, I need to pour simultaneously.
Currently, even a 15 second lag time between pouring one brew and the next, results in a 3 degree celcius difference in the cup.
FYI: I have two of everything: grinders, kettles, switches, which I use for blind taste test comparisions.
What I’m after therefore is a simple recipe that works for the switch (or a dripper e.g. Fellow Staff X) so I can pour simultaneously into the two drippers, one kettle in each hand.
All suggestions will be gratefully tested.
