How to improve tap water for espresso?

Hi,

I really need some advice on improving my london water. I already have a filter water tap in place but I want to add whatever filter I can in order to make coffee and drinking water tastier. If anyone has a similar other than RO, could you please share some advice?

Last paragraph of the post. Whether it’s a ZeroWater jug, Reverse Osmosis (i.e. Osmio Zero, Schuma, under the counter setup, distilled) it doesn’t really matter. There are plenty of water topics in this forum and how to remineralise in a efficient way.

Thank you. I know about Zero jugs and used Brita for a while when I was drinking filter only, I know quality is not the same as Zero, but I need to sort it out under the counter. As in, I need advice on specific filters I could just add to my existing system and be done with it.

I have browsed through the existing posts on water but I see that most are RO or jugs.
