Berryterry I hope this little lever is touching the big lever.

If it is not, please adjust the little nut until the little lever touches the big lever. When the machine on, you can also press this flat thing to check if the pump is engaging. Be careful, if the group is hot. Please keep a tray under the group to catch the water.

      Opened it and nothing seems out of order… but unfortunately the pump is not working…

      Are they touching each other ? A gap between them will disengage the pump.

          Berryterry Does it work when you press this shown by the green arrow? The machine doesn’t have to be hot but power it on please.

          Could you also post two full picture as I have please ?

          I remember it happened to me once. I disengaged the contact between the small and the big levers by loosening the nut completely and tightened again.

          I think, if you shoot a video of the issues you detailed in your posts and load it here, it will help Dave to provide additional trouble shooting help.

            Berryterry as @LMSC has said that little lever behind the group will operate the pump. If you physically push it back so it opens the valve, does the pump run?

            If it doesn’t then open up the electronics bay (side panel) and have a look at all the wiring, check there isn’t a loose wire from the 24 volt transformer. Then open up the control board, a few screws and check the connector to the 24 volt supply isn’t loose and all the connections from the pressurestat, (round black thing with red black and white wires coming from it (top of boiler bay) are OK. Have a peep at the glass fuses , Im sure they are all OK.

            Of course have it unplugged whilst you do this.

                DavecUK yes manually pushing it doesn’t do anything. Oki, as I don’t want to waste time searching, how to access the side panel? Opening the top panel and side screws will be their?

                    Berryterry I think so yes, I never had a production model (no compartments), but others who have removed the side panel to access the electronics bay, I am sure can help. I have also let Paolo know about this thread.

                        DavecUK sounds good. I will give it couple of hours lets see if Paolo says anything if not i will DIY’t. I am just frustrated it happened out of the blue with a new machine…

                            Berryterry It has 4 screws. 2 on top and 2 at the bottom. It’s on the right-side; the left is the water tank. You will have to slot it properly while putting the panel back - especially the bottom.

                            You may need to move her to a comfortable table to unscrew the bottom screws, given the restricted view. Please take care, if you are going to move her to the edge of the work top.

                            I haven’t opened the right panel yet.

                                LMSC oki , so i guess the two flat screws on the top right and the bottom screws? And from the shape of it i will slide toward the tray side…

                                Working at it is very difficult, she is heavy and very tight area to work with and you cannot flip it…

                                    Berryterry I think you are right; the ones closer to the panel. Yes. It will slide like the water tank panel.

                                    The bottom access is difficult. If you can’t move her any where — ex: service table, the next best position is taking the right side to the edge — just sufficient enough — taking help from some one so that some one may undo the screws, while you may support machine to avoid any risks of falling. Please be safe.

                                          Tl;dr their was a wire that was not lose but was the cause in the main chamber not the side panel. I nudged all the wires and I suspect it was the lower water wire or the top pump wire.

                                          Good stuff: its clean from inside and easy to work with.

                                          Bad stuff: if you are alone removing the bottom side screws is hell.

                                          Its bad that this happened to me in the first week.

                                            LMSC yep, i used the hot water tap to make the boiler fill all seems in order. Lets hope its that.. thanks for following up btw
