Wondering whether grinding decaf direct from frozen has a positive impact on taste. I have afew questions if you have interest in this topic.
Do you grind your decaf beans direct from a frozen state? If so how does this impact:
- the grind?
- the pour, from beginning to end?
- the TDS and EY?
- the taste components (body, strength, flavour, balance, etc.)?
- overall taste?
- As a straight shot?
- In milk?
- For light, medium, medium dark vs dark beans?
I had tried this some time ago on my Lelit E and didn’t see any benefits. Open to trying it again on my Decent.
