I am shocked and as I type this I am feeling very emotional. I always thought of Dave as Mr Coffeetime.
Even though I am and always will be one of the most unintellegent when it comes to anything real coffee related on here, which is often vallidated by the sort of questions I ask, Dave never judged, never belittled, was never condescending, always answering me with grace and patience. He set the tone and standard of this forum which is what makes it the best of its kind on the web.
Even though I did not know him really, I will miss him for his knowledge, generosity and encouragement.
