I setup and used my ECM Classika PID for the first time today - to say that it’s a world apart from the Bambino is an understatement. Even just from the temperature of the cup.
I don’t have much more to say at the moment, as I need to dial in beans specifically for it and start learning all over again, but extremely happy, both with the workflow and the results 😊
(Also tried the Comandante C40 and that’s another great piece of kit, that I will learn alongside the Classika)
It’s so nice to be back in a world of ‘quality’ and ‘consistency’.
