ams A Sage Dual Boiler (well delivered yesterday), not had a chance to open yet and probably won’t till w/e. Tested water from RO machine and reading is 22 ppm KH and 13ppm GH so need to get some sodium bicarbonate.

ST30B From joy to despair. Looks like the Guatemalan(ride&grind) I loved has changed. I’ve emailed the roaster, will await a response. At first I thought I’d been given the wrong coffee but the tasting notes don’t appear on any other bean they produce. They smell and taste different.

prezes So it arrived. After a disappointing service from dhl - confirmed out for delivery last Friday between 9 and 5. Arranged to have it delivered to the office to make sure I get it. 5:10pm receive a message stating premises closed can’t deliver. Office open till 6… obviously driver couldn’t be bother Friday afternoon.
