ChristosC A bit more retention than I would have liked at the moment (0.2-0.3 gr), but I am sure we are still early days and it will improve once the burrs are seasoned.
Don’t hold your breath: I don’t think seasoning the burrs will have any effect on retention.
What has ended the clacking of the lid for me, and stopped the little drop of coffee as seen in your video, is using a silicon sputum cup as bellows. It’s not a perfect solution - blowing air creates some dust that escapes and accumulates on the exit tube and around it, and also some on the base and around the grinder. However, it does get most of the coffee out, and 99.9% of the time eliminates the excess coffee fall on the base. So the bottom line is I prefer it this way and use the bellows every time.
