Penance CoyoteOldMan I reckon you’ll love it. Fits the Bianca basket really well and a nice fit in the hand.
KyleT I was looking at possibly getting a new grinder now that I’ve had my fun with the Arco 2-1 (plus a new born and the noise of an Arco doesn’t go together) and I was going to go back to the old faithful Niche Zero but it seemed too safe and boring and so I opted for this…..DF64P. Arrived this morning from Bella Barista. Haven’t used it yet and I’ve never touched or even seen a DF64 but this 64P is built very well. Plenty of accessories in the box. I’m looking forward to getting stuck in and trying some flat burrs again.
ken0062 Penance Nice, did you get it direct from 1Zpresso or local distributer, still waiting for the Zp6 special to be available in UK but tempted to buy direct
tompoland In between the giants… (Like I really needed another grinder! But wanted to see what it’s like.)
CoyoteOldMan tompoland By my reckoning, there’s another giant on the bench side reserved for brewing, rather than grinding, no? 😁😉
tompoland CoyoteOldMan hmm… not that I can see CoyoteOldMan. I do have a Gevi 4 in 1 in the office though and that has a well regarded brew grinder.
CoyoteOldMan tompoland See? All it needed was a little nudge… 😂 Congratulations, and looking forward to reading what you think of it!
tompoland CoyoteOldMan looking forward to reading what you think of it! I’ll write a review in around 3 months. Could do a short “first impressions” after Christmas though. I pulled a few pretty average shots yesterday and this morning one of my worst shots ever followed by a shot that was pure yum yum. So still got my learner plates on.
prezes Took a bit of a gamble with that but first impressions are great. Quite heavy and seems solidly built. Very precise even from two beans. Works great with the app showing flow rate.
CoyoteOldMan tompoland No, no - I meant a little nudge to ‘fate’ (or the delivery man!) If I or anyone tried to encourage you to acquire more new equipment, there wouldn’t be any left for us! 😁
