I don’t recall the details, but the steam boiler water level sensor position in the early Evos was a regression compared to the Minima, potentially limiting the supply of dry steam (I’d guess it was placed higher, which arguably protects the heating element)
I remember reading that ACS has since returned to the Minima design which the Evo steam boiler is based (it might actually be identical now)
