It seems that many of you including Cuprajake started with pump machine to lever. There are also some people go back to simple manual lever after owning some (expensive) pump machines. Am I right to understand that there are relatively (/and significantly) fewer people who change from lever to pump? Wonder what are the most enjoyable things for you owning a lever?
My motivation is entirely imaginative as I never actually own a spring lever(yet). But I just love the look of spring lever and pulling it looks so cool. I have limited experience with my robot but I like the feel to be able to control the pressure throughout the extraction. I also never own a pump machine but I feel it kind of boring to just press the button and wait for the liquid to come out(?).
Btw, have any of you considered Cremina in your journey? Why is the high price? Manual lever, limited functions, not LM type of branding… maybe the material and built?
