4.65VDC control line to ground with the lever up.
When I first power up the machine I also see that voltage on the control line even if lever is down, so it would seem the machine is properly calling for the pump to turn on. I did see the control voltage go to zero with the lever down after a period of time, but don’t recall how long.
I’ll work to get some videos with less background noise in the next day or so.
I had a little time to experiment. One test run today was different. I was able to get the machine to come up to temp and avoid the fill error for a few mins. I was able to initiate a shot with a blind basket pressure went to something very low ~ 0.3 bar. I was able to get out hot water and some steam, but not properly powerful. After that I did get the fill up error again consistently.
