Yeh, I’ve made a spreadsheet ready of the existing profiles. I’ll start my own once I’ve done more research and rewrite them all in the order that I want. When I get chance I’ll copy them into here and you can tell me if profile 1 is at default or not!
This morning I compared a profile 1 shot Vs a 5bar shot. Surprising how different they taste, ive got lots of testing to do!

Last night was spent removing the shower screen, replacing the PF gasket with a fresh one supplied and giving it all a very thorough clean. It was quite bad in there. But it’s sparkly now. Also cleaned up the portafilter, Cafiva for the PFs themselves, polished the ends with autosol, cleaned the threaded bars and ran a die over them (one was quite corroded) and greased them to prevent corrosion etc in future. All clean now! I can’t help tinkering, goes with the job :p (engineer).
I also went through the menu settings using the Vesuvius manual and set it up how I’d like the power timers, eco mode settings, checking pump settings (flow? at 300 as per forum advice) etc.
As for dimensions, I’d have to measure it, but it’s significantly bigger than the Fracino Cherub, height and footprint wise.
