I partially drained the boiler and refilled it switched it back on and the vacuum valve held (I replaced the valve when I bought the machine) and so far so good.
I’m just sitting here constantly draining it through the hot tap and the group and of course the stream valve, the water smells a bit chemically but I’ll keep flushing.
I drew 450g of water from the group into a jug @ 29seconds which is a huge difference.
I’ll update later on, first flush from the group below the water is pretty cloudy but once it clears it’s not too bad to be honest there is some dirt in it though, water temperature in the jug was 85 degrees C which is a lot hotter than before the descaling.
