Elcarajillo - I use pork shoulders steaks and, this time I tried some Spanish sausage (not chorizo). Iāve tried with chorizo before but it wasnāt for me (Iām actually not a fan.)

I often use pork shoulder steaks (rather than the chorizo) and lardons.
You can buy the black turtle beans from Tesco or Sainsburyās. They are in the same shelf as the other beans (cannellini beans, pinto beans, etc).
If you are vegetarian, donāt bother with the meat and use a vegetable stock. Works out just fine.
Ps: I googled up ā Cocido, Fabada and Pucheroā - I kind of can see the similarity, but itās a totally different thing. š
