Made a cracking Mac ‘N’ Cheese last night making a white sauce infused with some butter fried onion, English mustard and a bay leaf, then added smoked cheddar (Vintage Smoked Red Fox from Waitrose, chuffin lush!) Gouda, Parmesan and ordinary strong cheddar, and a garlic and thyme infused toasted bread crumb topping.
Would have taken a photo but I had let my phone run out of charge and there was no way I could wait. But trust me it was the dogs.
