Dusk It was very good. I think it was 40 day aged Aberdeen Angus. My local Waitrose has a cabinet next to the meat counter for the fancy beef that’s dry ageing. I’m pretty sure this piece was one of the nice bits as the other side was properly dark brown and dried out(I think the term is bark). I was just lucky to walk in when it was half price as it was almost past its sell by date!

Cuprajake yeah, so green pesto base, then sun dried toms, and ripped up mozzerlla, with basil, salt pepper, oil and herbs
