Sadly every time I enable the discussion card extension, it causes real forum problems. A pity because it brought the classifieds to life with images and text in the post listings….without having to go into each post….real shame, I would have also used it in the what was delivered today thread 😢
Random issues on forum (no Like/Quote/Reply/photos) - is it just me?
Is anyone experiencing a blank screen ? This is the sample screen, I get when I access the site during the last few days. I will have to close, clear catche and try again. It’s on the mobile.

DavecUK The first time was a couple of days back. But, I saw that yesterday again and almost every time today. I will access, sign in and see large blanks between two threads. I thought they were images. Refresh and re-load won’t work. Home page and back buttons greyed out. Normally, killing and re-opening will fix the problem.
Strangely, this issue is more, when I had opened the thread, read or posted and didn’t go back to the home page; accessing after a while is more likely to have this issue.

OK I think I know what might be happening, make sure your phone is NOT set to display the desktop version of the site.
If I purposely set my phone to display the desktop version on my mobile…I will get this.
I’m also experiencing similar blank screen issues as LMSC when accessing the forum from a Windows PC (with either Chrome or Edge)… this started around 24 hours ago.
Sometimes, refreshing the screen fixes it, but not always.
LMSC - yes. Twice today on desktop.

I disabled 2 extensions a while ago and someone said it was solved on their mobile, but i need more help…as I’m working blind.
It’s also important to refresh the site when you check after I disable an extension.!
You may leave it like the current state. We can observe for some time and go from there. Thx Dave

- Edit Posts Buttons
The one I am really hoping doesn’t have the problem is Synopsis….
Here is what I see when clicking on the new message notification.
Device is Windows 10 pro pc, using Edge (but the same happens with Chrome). Going back to the forum home page, and refreshing the screen a coupe of times, and then going to the list of new posts allows to see things normal.

I have disabled the 3rd extension (Synopsis) , a real shame, now it’s as it was before any of the changes…have the problems gone?
I’m sorry, but it is still problematic (no improvement to report)… The ‘good’ news is that the issue is elsewhere.

All extensions I loaded during the past week have been removed? Please make sure browser caches are cleared as it is as it was before this started.
If the problems persist I will have to remove extensions one by one until we find what’s causing it. There’s about 80+ to remove. There is only one other thing that was done for us by freeflarum. They edited our database to give is a 36 hour post edit time, something like 2400 minutes, instead of 10 minutes or zero (no limit), the forum standards. This was a couple of days ago, perhaps it’s that??
