Sure, I don’t have a problem with that. Sometimes people take on board suggestions and improve on them, sometimes they don’t. If there’s a chance the product can be improved…of course he can contact me. I am of course just basing this on your single experience and one photo.
The people I work best with are those who don’t say it can’t be done, but think how it can be done, even if there is a different method or solution to the problem. It can be difficult for a product creator sometimes to take on board what they might feel looks like criticism from someone who doesn’t fully understand their product, or appreciate the design considerations in producing it. You cave to remember I have not even seen the roasting drum to know whether it’s perforated or not!!
