Beverast - thanks for the reply. I definitely realize there will be some growing pains since the heating element aspect of the roaster is new compared to their gas version. I’m in the states though, so on the flip side it’s a decent amount of $ to spend if it might not potentially last for at least 10-15 years. From your pics, the way the metal pieces looked that hold the tubes in, that was more concerning I think overall. So the tube having a failure is a little early but not a huge deal but the condition of the metal supports after 6 roasts, is making me a little hesitant.
Any updates would be really appreciated before I have to actually pay for it, right now I’m just on the waiting list but the lead time is only a couple months now and he’ll need it paid for prior to that.
