It’s sad to see this, but getting all too common (as I get older) to see music icons pass. THe way of the world, I guess, but very sad.
CoffeePhilE True as it’s easy to get lost thinking some people seem to be immortal, but age takes us all down sooner/later. Looking at what some put their minds/bodies through I surprised some live as long as they do. Look at Keith Richards, Ozzy Osbourne, etc. How those dudes didn’t pass yrs ago is way beyond me…
Saw her many many moons ago at the Don Valley stadium here up north and she was brilliant. Supporting acts were John Foggerty and….Lionel Richie. Her musical director at the time who played guitar on stage with her was John Miles (Zaragon a great album) who also sadly passed away in 2021.
