We have been on their business broadband-landline bundle since 2008. Never saw the need to move. Good customer service, always available and 48 hours resolution. We don’t really pay any premium for 350 meg down, 20 meg up.
We don’t have sky or virgin for cable TV. Got rid of sky 2 years ago. Never missed it.
The mobile is with o2 for the last 7 years after staying with other services for a long time. Good and stable connections.
We don’t use the free wifi in public places for security reasons unless we can install paid VPN services on mobile.
