RobertRo101 - that’s very unfortunate and sad to hear.
Maybe it’s worthwhile chatting to your retailer and they might be able to work with you to try to diagnose the issue yourself. Maybe it’s a faulty Gicar box, in which case, they could simply send you a new one and you could replace it easily.
