Elcarajillo I make two drinks using the naked with ridgeless baskets , just pop them out with my thumb.
One kept hot with water in the cupš. works for me.
Why do you do thatā¦I just knock out the PF and then use a 1 or 1.5 inch dry paintbrush to clean it out, itās almost instantly dry for the next shot? I will only wash it out after I have done all my shots.
Mines more the mrs uses the 2 spout as naked pf basket prep isnt the best

DavecUK I use two baskets Mrs El,c likes singles I need doubles, fortunately a single Gaggia basket pulls at the same rate as a 18 gm VST. ap/ 30 secs. I just keep the peace š

Two brushesā¦the one on the left was the one that came with the Niche. The one on the right is a pastry brush had been using on my coffee equipment, especially the Brasilia Grinder, before I got the Niche.
Just checked mine and it looks pretty straight, havenāt adjusted it.
(It also needs a clean š )
For a brush like the one that comes with the Niche, an old skool pastry brush is nigh on identical. I wouldnāt be at all surprised if thatās in fact what the Niche one is.
Same for the Elizabeth. Dead straightā¦
