Does anyone know of or has any experience with any good repair areas near Oxford that would service a Lelit bianca. My machine has developed an issue with the steam wand and i’ve never had a service done on it before (a lot of water is coming out of the steam wand and its also very stiff).

I’m also near-ish Oxford (also vegan, incidentally!) and always used Bella Barista when I was looking for a service centre. They’re near Northampton so not a million miles away.

Really simple things need this, will only be a seal and grease your l lever , im sure people will help out save a little money.

I ended up going to an independent repair shop in oxford called prospresso (bella barista was actually really hard to deal with - their customer service was so bad). Highly recommend the oxford guy. It ended up being a limescale issue which i was suprised about since i’ve only used volvic water.

How often were you draining the boilers on your bianca? That can cause scale to form even if the water you are putting in shouldn’t usually form scale

InfamousTuba hmm i didn’t know that was a thing tbh. It didn’t mention it in the manual that came with the machine and i didn’t see anything about that on most of the forums i’ve read regarding the maintainance for this machine. How would i got about doing that, and how often?

I don’t have a lelit bianca so it might have an easier method. But for most machines if you let them heat up fully, then turn them off and open the hot water tap fully (use a jug to catch the water that comes out) it will drain the water out of the steam boiler. I would do this maybe once a month.
