Rosetta are my usual go to… learning tulips at the moment… struggling a bit! Here is my first attempt this morning

Finally got it!
Square mile Todos Santos from Guatemala (freezer stock) - seemed to go down very well with guests:
HVL87 Leagues ahead of me. Which scales are those? Look good.
I ran out of milk at the end of the pour so didn’t quite finish the swan!

Attempt at a ripple heart
Not up to most standards here but finally consistently getting the milk almost there and this was a pour into a tall mug rather than a better designed cup.
I think it shows what I’ve suspected for a while, I don’t pour quite in the middle of the cup so my designs are slightly lop sided
I’m actually getting better milk results now with 3 holes not 2 and higher temp as I don’t try and spend too long steaming and texture too much. I accept its quick and am happy with that.
