We don’t have Netflix or what ever.
I offered it to the Studmistress last Christmas but she has done nothing about it.
I binged on Mr Inbtwn mid year while visiting friends interstate and loved it.

Just watched episode 1 of Mr Inbetween and it’s a go=er for the next few weeks. Madmen relegated to standby until finished, thanks for the recommendation. PS the film The Magician is also on the list now. same guy, same premise to the series so should be a good one …

For anyone who likes a good archeological documentary and has Netflix then Cave of Bones is a real doozy. skeletel bones found in some caves in South Africa that are 250 to 300 thousand years old and appear to be a new species that sit between apes and humans. What makes them incredible though is why the bones were there in the first place and even though they would only have had brains the size of your fist possibly were acting on a concept thought only to be found in humans over a hundred thousand years later.

Amberale Cheers for the recommendation. Just binged the first season with the missus and we both loved it. Just about to start watching season 2. It’s right up my street.

Have been watching Mr Inbetween on a forum recommendation but needing a bit of a laugh occasionally I’ve started to watch ‘Fisk’ which is available on Netflix or anywhere else you can get your hands on it. It’s an Ozzie series, very light and funny, at least to me and i’m an old fogey these days or so i’m told. Not much i laugh at unless its got well written, hidden gags needing a warped sense of humour to appreciate. Anyone matching this profile, i’d say take a look … proves that ozzies can have a sense of humour (😉. joke)

I generally enjoy those kind of shows so looking forward to watching it. Enjoyed the film version!

HarveyMushman According to my wife we watched the film version, not that I can remember it. Will have to watch it again and do a comparison.

Thought The Gentlemen was very good and see they have left it open for another series. But as far TV as gangster series go, my top three so far are Peaky Blinders, Kin and my favourite Gangs of London.

Rewatching the Sopranos at the moment, it’s an absolute masterpiece.
