tompoland I totally agree with you, having right temperature is essential. Also been using La Pavoni and even though I really like those machines getting right temperature is not easy.. However, I do think this “Chinese Strietman” is better than you probably think, even though there arent much information about it I know it is not some mass produced copy, it is actually one person who builds these machines by hand and it has a PID and I do think it is very temperature stable.
