Managed to get some of there Christmas stock decaf and was quite nice, best as an aeropress but could make a milk based drink. Not sure it beats the limini Brazilian though but close!

Just a quick update. I opened the Nicaraguan yesterday. It was roasted on the 15th so in my killing zone now. Really boozy, fruity with the definite pineapple notes on the bag! I will be ordering this...

Recent Beans. Looks evenly roasted, though. I had no aromas when I ground them. Complex coffee for sure.

I have tried Rave’s decaf, and I thought they were quite enjoyable. They do a Columbia El Carmen sugarcane one and a Swiss Water decaf blend.

If supply permits, 2 weeks for lighter roasts and a week for medium ones.
